Question #1 - How long will it take to receive my order?

In-Stock items: 1-2 business days.

Made-to-Order and On Demand items:  2-3 weeks.  

Question #2 - I received store credit but want to order an item that is more than my credits value.  Can I still order?

Certainly!  If you don't have enough store credit to purchase an item in our store you can also use your Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit card to complete your transaction. 

Question #3 - Can I return/exchange my apparel?

We can work with you on an exchange for another size in most circumstances.  "Limited Edition/Run's" are final.

Question #5 - I received store credits.  How do I use them?

To claim with a Gift Card Code:

1. Head to the store link and browse!    https://pegboard.liftoff.shop/
2. Find a product to purchase and head to checkout.  
3. You will be prompted to register.  This is a quick and easy form only requiring your name, e-mail, and a password.
4. Once registered, you will be asked to fill in your shipping and billing info.  Under the payment section you will see a spot to select a gift card, enter your unique code to activate your store credits for the purchase.
5. Finalize order and give us a few weeks to produce and ship your order!
